Renovated in 2025, my apartment is in Padua North, 10 mins from Padova Est highway exit. The "San Carlo" bus/tram stop is right out front, reaching the train station in 5 mins and the historic center in 10 mins. Free 24/7 parking is available both in front and behind the building. Steps away, you’ll find restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, and parks. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment. The space The room features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and climate-controlled air conditioning. The space is brand new, spacious, and exceptionally bright thanks to a very large window. Whether you are traveling for business or looking to explore the history and culture of the surrounding cities, this is your ideal choice. 【Shared Bathroom - High Hygiene Standards】 The shared bathroom is located in the hallway, right next to your room. Please note: This bathroom is shared exclusively between only two guest rooms in the apartment, meaning it is used by only 2 to 4 guests in total at maximum occupancy. We perform strict daily cleaning and disinfection to ensure hotel-grade cleanliness and comfort. 【Kindly Note & Snack Area】 To keep the bedroom fresh and tidy, dining inside the room is not permitted. You are more than welcome to use our thoughtfully prepared shared kitchen, where you will find complimentary coffee, tea, an electric kettle, a microwave, basic condiments, and a full set of tableware, cutlery, and cups. Kindly note: To ensure a fresh and odor-free environment for all guests, the kitchen is designed for enjoying breakfast or warming up ready-made meals; stovetop cooking is strictly prohibited. Guest access There is a large, free public parking lot located directly behind the accommodation, which is open 24/7. Alternatively, a reserved covered parking space is available inside the residential building. The cost is €10 per day, which must be paid in cash. Laundry service: Available for an extra fee. Luggage storage: Free of charge. During your stay I live in the apartment myself, but I fully guarantee and respect your utmost privacy. Other things to note Key Deposit: A security deposit of €20 is required upon arrival for the access key. This will be fully refunded at check-out. City Tax: The tourist tax for Padua is €2.50 per person, per night. This must be paid in cash upon check-in. Breakfast: Please note that breakfast is not included.
