Welcome to this charming renovated village house. You will be in a small hamlet in the heart of nature, while remaining close to the amenities, leisure activities and cultural sites of the region. You are about 15 minutes from the A42 motorway exit - no. 9 of Pont D'Ain. The space Upon arrival, a private parking space located in front of your home is available. The entrance to the accommodation is via a staircase⚠️ On the main level, you will find a friendly living space, composed of a living room open to an equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the upper floor, accessible by a staircase⚠️ (not equipped with a baby safety gate). You can have on this floor: -1 bedroom with double bed 160cm -1 bedroom with double bed 140 cm + single bed -1 bathroom with bath and washing machine -1 separate toilet Comfort & services included -Linens are provided -Bath towels are provided Coffee machine: - with pods, Senseo type The accommodation has a north facing outdoor terrace, to enjoy the sunny days. Guest access We live in a neighboring house and are available if needed, while respecting your peace and quiet. In order to best organize your arrival, please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-in is possible between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m., depending on the agreed check-in procedure. Departures are until 11am. Other things to note To ensure that your stay goes smoothly, we thank you in advance for taking these elements into account: The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people maximum, please respect the number of guests and/or visitors indicated at the time of booking. Please keep noise down. No smoking allowed. Pets not allowed. Please empty your garbage cans at the end of your stay, the communal garbage cans are located at the entrance to the village 150 meters from the accommodation. The accommodation does not have an electric vehicle charging station. Our accommodation is maintained with great care, and we pay particular attention to its cleanliness. In return, we appreciate guests who are respectful of the place, take care of the accommodation, and leave it in a clean condition consistent with the state in which they found it.
