This old mill full of history welcomes you on a one-hectare property, lined with pastures and a nearby wood. A river crosses the land and feeds a picturesque pond (unsecured bodies of water – vigilance recommended - fishing prohibited), offering a natural setting of rare beauty, with stunning views of the village church. The house consists of a large functional kitchen on the ground floor, a slightly dilapidated but authentic bathroom, and a large living-dining room with a magnificent fireplace, ideal for warm moments with family or friends. Upstairs you will find a mezzanine with a double bed, two bedrooms (a dormitory room equipped with 6 single beds, perfect for children or groups, and a bedroom with a double bed), to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The huge garden, which covers more than one hectare, invites you to relax and play outdoors, in a preserved and rejuvenating environment.
