Relaxing stay for the whole family or friends Large, cozy house with outdoor pool and various areas for relaxing and dining in the heart of Poitou: 35 minutes from Futuroscope, 45 minutes from the historic center of Poitiers, 1 hour from the Marais Poitevins, 1.5 hours from La Rochelle, 1.5 hours from Le Puy du Fou, 15 minutes from a 27-hole golf course... and plenty of walks and forest/countryside hikes starting from the house. The space The house consists of the following: on the ground floor: - A veranda with a dining area opening onto the garden and the pool - A “panoramic” lounge overlooking the pool - a kitchen opening onto a terrace for meals under the vines - Bedroom 1 with a 160-cm bed, dressing room, and sink - a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and 2 sinks - 1 wc upstairs - Bedroom 2 with a 140 cm bed - Bedroom 3 with a 160 cm bed or 2 80 cm beds the pool and garden - 9 m x 4 m unheated pool that can be used in season under your supervision. It is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and garden furniture at your disposal. The large garden is perfect for taking naps in the shade or playing outdoor games (mölkky, rackets, and badminton nets are provided). environment: The house is located in the small hamlet The village of Chalandray is 2 km away, with shops (grocery store, bakery, beauty salon, and hairdresser). Guest access We will be delighted to welcome you to our family home. We live in the adjoining annex and will be discreet during your stay, especially when maintaining the pool and garden. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included in the service (except pool towels). The staircase is not standard; it is not suitable for very young children or people with reduced mobility. Our pet friends are not allowed in the listing.
