Our apartment is located in the quiet countryside of Assisi, in the hamlet of Rivotorto, and enjoys a unique location: from the terrace of the attic, on the top floor of the house, you can admire a postcard view of Assisi and the Sacro Tugurio, a symbolic place linked to the figure of Saint Francis. 🏡 The house Located on the second floor of a recently renovated country house, in an attic with a fully renovated and insulated wooden roof, the apartment combines essential and modern style with the most complete comfort. Thanks to solar panels and air conditioning in all rooms, it is perfect in every season. 🛋️ Living area A large and bright living area will welcome you with a comfortable sofa in front of a smart TV and an incredible panoramic terrace overlooking Assisi, set up with a coffee table and chairs for your dinners with a view. The indoor dining table is perfect for your convivial moments. 🍽️ Kitchen The kitchenette is fully equipped: oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook your meals independently. 🛏️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms • A double bedroom with a private bathroom and a large shower. • A second double bedroom with access to the main bathroom, located in the hallway. Guest access The guest parking lot is private and inside the building and is accessed from the automatic gate, ensuring comfort and safety. To get to the apartment, which is on the second floor from the parking lot, there are four flights of stairs. In the parking lot there is a wooden house suitable for storing bicycles, if you are cyclists passing through on the various local routes. Other things to note The accommodation tax required by the Municipality of Assisi, of €2 per person per night, for a maximum of 3 nights, with exemption of children under 12 years of age, will be collected in cash upon arrival. For separate collection, you can separate in the apartment thanks to the special containers that you can empty in the larger buckets in the internal parking lot.
