Looking for a rural escape in the heart of the Perche Sarthe region and only 1 hour 40 minutes from Paris, our family property nestled on the edge of a peaceful river, surrounded by woods and offering total privacy awaits you. In the summer you can enjoy direct access to the river to swim in complete tranquility, without any vis-à-vis. And in the winter settle down by the fire for cozy moments, ideal for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. The space Gentilhommière du 19ème and its outbuildings The master's house can accommodate 13 people. On the other hand, and on request, we can open 2 other places and thus accommodate 22 people. In this case the beds are broken down as follows: 20 single beds and 2 double beds, Knowing that single beds are intended to be connected in pairs as well as to form a double bed if needed. The property has in addition to the 3 rooms of receptions in a row of a converted barn that can accommodate various activities (work seminar, relaxation activities, meals and party room).
