The space The apartment is a spacious two-room unit on the 1st floor that has recently been renovated and features a large panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Grande di Avigliana. From here, you can dine by candlelight and admire the wonders of the Natural Park, such as the two Lakes of Avigliana, the Sanctuary of the Madonna dei Laghi and the symbol of Piedmont: the Sacra di San Michele. Lago Grande and the Due Laghi di Avigliana Natural Park offer dining areas, trails, nautical clubs, a public swimming beach, and clubs where you can enjoy water skiing, kayaking, rowing, sailing, pedal boats, stand-up paddleboarding, diving, and e-biking. The Lago Grande Restaurant, opposite the house, also offers excellent dishes in an atmosphere steeped in the history of cinema and POP culture; a restaurant that is unique in all of Europe, and within which the Museum of POP Culture was also inaugurated in 2025. The city is also well connected to Turin, which can be reached in 30 minutes by train/bus or 20 km by car. The accommodation offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas. The living area features an open-plan living room and kitchen. In the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with its own walk-in closet and a bathroom with a laundry room. The highlight of the apartment is the large terrace where you can dine by candlelight or admire the wonders of Avigliana. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen, an induction stovetop, everything you need for cooking, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a fridge and freezer, a toaster, a sofa bed, a smart TV and a stereo sound system connected to all the rooms inside the house and the terrace.
