Forest paradise

Relax in this peaceful accommodation - in the greenery of Närke, nature on your doorstep and with all the comfort and relaxation you might need on your vacation. Gravel road without traffic (2.5 km from E20) - perfect for jogging. Close to beautiful swimming lakes with sand, Tiveden National Park and other nice places such as Askersund, Skagern and Svartå. We have carefully renovated and decorated the house since we took over in 2020. The kitchen has been newly fitted with new appliances, countertops and refurbished original cabinets. Here you will have fine meals! The space The house is a former forest worker's residence built in 1948. The living area is about 140 m2 divided in 3 floors. The house has good standard, with water and sewer, liquor heat pump/AC for heating/cooling as well as electric radiators, underfloor heating (bathroom) and wood stove. We have carefully renovated and decorated since taking over in 2020. • The entrance floor consists of a hallway, toilet, living room, kitchen with dining area and a larger bedroom ("master bedroom"). All rooms have renovated surfaces, hardwood floors that we have sanded and finished. • On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. In addition, there is a cot 80 x 160 to bring out if necessary. Up here there are wallpaper and linoleum floors from the 1970s left. A little mischievous, but cozy we think. • In the basement (which has windows) there is the house's bathroom (15 m2) with bathtub, shower corner, sink, washing machine, and underfloor heating. Light candles, drain a foam bath and enjoy – pretty much a spa.. • In the basement level there is also a ping-pong table as well as a music room. The kitchen is newly fixed with new appliances, countertops and refurbished original cabinets. Induction stove 80 cm, oven with various functions including hot air, generous workspaces on ex tops, fridge 180 cm. Plenty of housewares, silverware, glasses and crockery. The dining area is for six people, but you can expand with an onboard. Here will be nice meals! * Outdoors, directly adjacent to the house entrance, there is a deck built in 2026 of 30 m2 with a dining table, parasol, and sun loungers. Sun here from 11:30 AM in the summer. Guest access We rent out the whole house and want to give you the opportunity for convenience and that you as guests should enjoy yourselves. Of course, we expect you to show care for furniture and interior. The storage rooms in the basement and on the upper floor's attics are our private area. We empty storage in the bedrooms before renting so you can unpack clothes and more. Out on the property and in the outbuildings there is the possibility for you to use our charcoal grill, furniture groups and of course the children's trampoline, climbing poles, swing, etc. We have robotic lawnmowers and leave the house with freshly mowed grass - so you don't have to worry about the lawn. Extra kudos for those who water thirsty flowers or berry bushes.
