Take it easy at this newly renovated gîte with its own style. Gîte Loutre is in the middle of the forest and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms overlook the river. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, kettle, and washing machine. A barbecue is in front of the cottage Of course, the gite has WIFI. The space Located in an enchanting setting, in the heart of the wooded Gioux valley and on the banks of the La Gioune River, Moulin de Sansonneche consists of 2 adjoining gîtes that can accommodate 6 people each (Gîte Loutre and Gîte Laine). The wooded grounds, the swimming pool and the river provide peace and relaxation. Ideal for a holiday with friends or family. The beds are made up and towels are provided for you, so you can enjoy your stay immediately upon arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped; cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, glasses, and a dishcloth/dish towel are provided. The gîte has French doors to the terrace, where there is a large outdoor table and a barbecue. Opposite the terrace, there is a small set of steps leading into the shared garden. The property is not fenced, so you can easily walk into the woods to look for mushrooms or for a nice walk (e.g., to the village of Gioux with its Roman ruins). Who knows, you might suddenly come face to face with a deer, a fox, or a wild boar... Read a book by the river, float in the pool, lounge on the sun deck, grab a drink from our “Beach by the Beek” honesty bar, or play a game of badminton or pétanque. Guaranteed fun! From September 1st to May 1st, prices do not include electricity costs. Euro 50 cleaning fee applies to reservations of 5 nights or longer. Your friendly four-legged friend is welcome, after consultation, for a small fee of €4.50 per dog per night (please note: we ask that you keep your dog on a leash on the property and in the garden, but they can run around and play freely in the river, in our forest, and on the forest path!).
