The space This warm and welcoming house features, upstairs, a bright living area with an open kitchen, dining space, and cozy lounge with a fireplace. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with Queen-size beds (160 cm) and storage, one bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and a mezzanine double bed (140 cm), plus a bathroom with a shower and double sink. On the ground floor, enjoy a spacious multi-purpose room with a foosball table, a desk for remote work, and a sofa bed (140 cm) for two guests. Outside, relax on the terrace with stunning vineyard views—perfect for barbecues and lazy afternoons. The enclosed courtyard offers parking, a ping-pong table, and access to a cool wine cellar, ideal for aperitifs at the bar counter. We also provide a secure storage space for your bikes. Just a few steps away, a fenced outdoor play area with a swing makes it a paradise for kids! The house is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine (small capsules), kettle, toaster, and all the essentials for cooking.
