This studio unit, located on the GROUND FLOOR, features: • Cozy bohemian vibe ✨ • Large private balcony with stunning views of the islands and sunset 🌅 • Genuine Queen Bed 👑 • Spacious Bathroom with Rain Shower 🚿 The Studio sleeps up to 2 guests in 1 queen bed • ➕ Up to 2 additional guests in Floor Bed --- Guest access Pool and BBQ area access is not available for studio units unless the entire building is booked by your group. We’re located in a secluded area, around 30 minutes from Olongapo City. Parking is available for free 🚗 Island hopping tours available! Explore Anawangin, Talisayen, Nagsasa, and Silanguin Coves, plus Capones Lighthouse and Camara Island. 🚤🌴 Just a 20-minute drive to Liwliwa Surfing Beach. Perfect for surf lovers. 🏄‍♂️ Fresh seafood available at the San Marcelino market, only 15 minutes away. 🐟🦐 --- PLEASE NOTE: Small Anawangin Beach features multiple accommodations, including options for larger groups. Please be aware that you may encounter other guests, and some noise from activities can be expected. --- Other things to note HOUSE RULES • Pets are allowed. • No smoking or vaping indoors 🚭 • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM 🌙 • Please keep the studio unit clean and dispose of trash properly 🧹 • Guests are responsible for their own safety 🏊‍♂️ • Guests are liable for any damages during their stay TOILETRIES NOT INCLUDED: • Towels not provided – bring your own or rent for ₱ 50 each • Bring your own toiletries, or purchase essentials from our mini sari-sari store 🧴🪥 --- ADDITIONAL RENTALS: Kayak / Paddleboard • ₱ 500 per hour • ₱ 1,000 for half a day • ₱ 1,500 for a whole day --- OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • We’re located in a secluded area, about 30 minutes from Olongapo City 🚗 • This is a tropical setting, while rare and occasional power outages may occur.
