The space Let's start the tour: - On the ground floor, there is a garage where you can safely store your personal belongings (skis, bikes, sports equipment, etc.) and a changing room where you can get comfortably dressed before heading out. The garage is equipped with a timer-controlled dryer for ski boots and a 11 kW AC charge point for electric véhicules. - Upstairs, there are three bright bedrooms with 65“ x 80” double beds, fitted with cupboards with shelves and wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one attached to one of the bedrooms with a shower and single sink, and the other with a shower, bathtub, and double sink. From the landing, there is a separate toilet accessible directly from the sleeping area. - On the second floor, a cathedral-ceilinged living room offering breathtaking views of the Pic de la Saume and Font Sancte, a lounge area and dining room to welcome all your guests in a warm setting. Opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, you have all the latest appliances at your disposal to prepare and share convivial meals. The laundry room with its washing machine and dryer provides access to a second toilet from the living area. - Finally, a mezzanine suspended above the cathedral-style living room offers a secluded space to rest, read, meditate, or work remotely, depending on the time of day.
