Discover our newly renovated single rooms from 2025 – modernly equipped with a bathroom, shower/toilet, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a kitchenette (kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator). Each non-smoking room offers a covered balcony and separate seating options – ideal for short or long stays in a relaxed atmosphere. The space Newly converted in 2023, a residential building into a country cafe with room rental. Around the Landcafe SIMA you will find forest and meadows just a few minutes' walk away. The perfect base for walks, hikes and bike tours or visiting the many sights in the nearby or surrounding area. We are happy to help you with your planning for the sights, e.g. Nördlingen, Hochhaus Ruins, Niederhaus Ruins, Ofnethöhlen GeoPark Ries, Kösingen Outdoor Pool, Katzenstein Castle, Neresheim Monastery... Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge. Please note that all apartments are non-smoking apartments. Enjoy our breakfast on request at an extra charge. From Wednesday to Sunday you can indulge in our cafe with a cup of coffee or tea with homemade cake. We also have a menu for light snacks. Parking is available in front of the house We are just 20 minutes from the A7 highway exit Neresheim.
