The second bedroom has a lovely comfy double bed and a chest of drawers with a garden view. Our open plan living/kitchen area has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, gas cook top, electric oven and air fryer. In the living room there is Samsung Smart TV and our favourite feature of the house is a cosy wood burning fire. The back garden has an alfresco patio with outdoor seating and is fully fenced with a gate for access. Over the road is a unfenced dog friendly park and the Canning river is just a 10 minute walk away. Guest access The entire house is yours to use, the property is a duplex with a shared driveway with the neighbouring property, there is a covered carport but no garage. We ask that guests only park on the right hand side of the shared driveway. The sheds in the back garden are private and not for use. Other things to note Please note, to the right hand side of the property there is construction works of three units in the final stages of being built. The site has been disused for the last year should construction start again we will update the listing. Our house is not suitable for infants or children under five years old.
