Welcome to our cosy home nestled in the quiet riverside suburb of Rossmoyne, Perth. Positioned just a ten minute stroll to the Canning River, this inviting home offers a peaceful escape with easy access to Perth City, Fremantle and WA's stunning coast. Located 14km from Perth Airport equidistant to Murdoch and Curtin Universities and 4km from Fiona Stanley Hospital, this beautifully appointed two bedroom pet friendly home is ideal for couples or small groups seeking comfort and convenience. The space This two bedroom house consists of a primary bedroom with en suite access to the bathroom, a super comfy king bed and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a lovely comfy double bed and a chest of drawers with a garden view. Our open plan living/kitchen area has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, gas cook top, electric oven and air fryer. In the living room there is Samsung Smart TV and our favourite feature of the house, a cosy wood burning fire. The back garden has an alfresco patio with outdoor seating and is fully fenced with a gate for access. Over the road is a unfenced dog friendly park and the Canning river is a short 10 minute walk away. Guest access The entire house is yours to use. The sheds in the back garden are private and not for use. Please park only in the driveway on the right hand side as we have a shared driveway with the neighbouring property. Other things to note Please note, to the right hand side of the property there is construction works of three units in the final stages of being built.
