This space is serene and similar to a hotel room but with an amazing bathroom a separate sleeping area separated only by a wall and a living area .. making it all in one and fluid but larger than any hotel room ; the kitchenette has a sink ; small bar fridge and microwave and an eat in bar plus seating area; toaster kettle and induction plate The living room has a comfy couch that is almost a long twin and could sleep a teen or older child It in an 2 apt outbuilding on my property The space Salt Water Joys has its own key lock entry and is at ground level with a view of the water The entire space is 22 by 24 with the addition of the bathroom ; simple but cozy, There is wifi bell fibre optic with Ethernet , YouTube and Netflix access and cable. A soaker tub and shower in one. There is a microwave, mini bar fridge toaster kettle barbacue and small sink faculties Washer and dryer on premises The living and bedroom space is flowing separate but no door rather a hall to the bedroom Other things to note Parking for one car ; it’s a quiet spot but there is the possibility of guests upstairs so quiet hours after 10 Pm and before 8 am is appreciated
