3-star Le Coin des Retrouvailles cottage for up to 16 people. Ideal for families & friends. In a green and peaceful setting, our 2 combined cottages welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere (8 to 16 pers.). Heated indoor pool & sauna, games room, children's area, petanque court, mini-golf, and children's games. Ideal for: Cousin reunions, birthdays, nature stays and relaxation with loved ones. A stone's throw from the river La Lanterne and close to Vesoul, Luxeuil-les-Bains and the Vosges. The space The 2 cottages are adjoining and are part of the same building, they are connected from the outside. Each cottage has its own separate entrance, a few meters away, and they communicate through the common garden. The reservation includes both cottages, and all spaces and amenities are private. There is a large table in one of the cottages that can accommodate up to 12 people, and 2 large adjoining tables that can accommodate a total of 18 people in the other. The kitchens are fully equipped and have many amenities such as a raclette machine, fondue machine, waffle machine, blender, toaster, etc. There is also a charcoal barbecue and a gas barbecue available. Guests leave gas from one stay to the next, and if needed, there is a Carrefour in Conflans to get another bottle. Composition of rooms: Gîte 1: sleeps 10 comfortably - 2 bedrooms with a double bed 140*190 + a baby bed in each - 1 bedroom with a double bed 160*200 - 1 bedroom with a double bed 140*190 and two single beds Cottage 2: sleeps 7 comfortably - 2 bedrooms with a double bed 160*200 - 1 bedroom with a double bed 140*190 and a single bed. Guest access There are several staircases in the gîtes. They are not suitable for people with disabilities or with limited mobility. No bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Parking is available in front of the cottage and can accommodate about 5 to 6 vehicles. Other things to note Christmas and New Year stays can only be booked by the week. For summer weeks, check-in is from 6 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets: Pets are allowed with an additional charge of €50/pet for the stay. Additional people beyond 16: requests are considered on a case-by-case basis with a surcharge of €50/pers/night applied.
