There are 2 bathrooms (ensuite shower room downstairs/family bathroom upstairs), a living room with wood burner, well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and garden. Downstairs you'll find the living room with dining area, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, as well as the master bedroom (double) with ensuite shower room. Heading upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) as well as the family bathroom (shower over bath). Each bedroom has ample storage, making for a comfortable longer stay as well as being suitable for short breaks. There is WiFi provided, and Freeview TV in the living room. The rear garden is laid mostly to lawn, and makes the perfect space for relaxing during the long summer evenings, or storing kayaks/SUPs/bikes. The garden can be accessed via a gate to the side of the property, as well as out the back door from the kitchen. The cottage is suitable for those with limited mobility - there is a ramp in the the front door, and all facilities (including master bedroom with ensuite shower) are available at ground floor level. There are a few steps from the back door to the garden - however the garden can also be accessed via the side of the property if levels access is required.
