Modern double room

Double room with private bathroom, including bath and shower. In a large house with a large garden and drive, accessible to all guests. My house is located 2 mile from airport and 5 mile from city centre but close to supermarkets, shops and pubs. My street is very quiet and tranquil. I live in my house with my 3 small dogs who are very excited to meet new people but very calm after they get to know you. All use of amenities included. I also provide a selection of cereal for breakfast if needed. The space The guest bedroom includes a double bed, plenty of storage for clothes and other belongings. Television and mini fridge filled with complimentary bottled water. The guest bathroom is private and situated right next door to the guest bedroom, it’s a large bathroom and equip with a bath, shower, sink and toilet, towels are provided. Guest access I do have a private living room in which I am happy to share with guests. I spend most of my time in the kitchen dining area and my bedroom. I am more than happy for guests to spend time in my living room aswel as their own room. Other things to note Please note I would rather not have check-ins after 8pm. Once you have checked in you are free to come and go any time you please but as a first check-in I do like to show you around my home and introduce you to my dogs and myself, preferably before bed time.
