Cozy apartment very well located in the most secure and centric district of Lima, is only 8 blocks to the American embassy, close to the shopping centers "El Polo" (walking distance) and "Jockey Plaza" (5 min) The apartment is nicely modern just decorated with new furniture and very clean The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in my city. The space The apartment is very well located in a condo with a very nice backyard for kids and also has a social place you can use or if you want to do a social meeting for at most 50 people you can hire by an additional cost subject to availability and limitations. Long-term guests: I offer free weekly cleaning (Mondays) in exchange for occasional access to the laundry area to wash linens for my other properties coordinated with you. This arrangement keeps your space clean at no cost while helping me maintain my listings efficiently.
