The space The DIAÑU is located in the village of Coviella (Cangas de Onís) , is part of ECOviella Apartamentos and is perfect for families with a capacity of 4 people plus 1 extra on the sofa bed in the living room. It has two bedrooms plus a bathroom and a living room integrated with the kitchen. Private porch with excellent views, spacious spaces and maximum privacy with availability of use of barbecue. It is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, full kitchenware , LED TV with movies and Netflix series with free WIFI. In the common areas there is a washer-dryer, children's games, farm with free egg pickup (in seasons with good weather), and 1 free parking space inside the premises. We have a charger for electric vehicles type2 (7.4kw), with upon request. We have a 24-hour forced ventilation system with a heat recuperator, which guarantees the continuous renovation of fresh air in the apartments, as well as a high Ecological standard with heating and hot water by pellet boiler supported by 7kw of photovoltaic plates. Apartamentos ECOviella reserves the right to modify and adjust heating operating times and temperatures, according to our ecological criteria and the recommendations of the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE) One pet of up to 25kg per apartment is allowed upon request and in compliance with our pet hosting policies: • Upon arrival, a security deposit of €100 will be deposited, which will be returned with the handing over of the keys. • You will need to bring a bed for the pet , in addition to the rest of the helpful you may need. • Animals may not be left alone in the apartments at any time. If necessary, there is an animal storage business. • Animals may not be loose in the common areas of the plot due to the inconvenience they may cause to the rest of the guests. • It is mandatory to collect the stools from the animal in case it occurs both in our facilities including green areas and outside them. Other things to note - The accommodation will only be occupied by the number of registered people - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments - Pets are allowed on request ,complying with the policy of admission of pets and leaving a deposit of 100€ - Check-in 16:00 to 20:00 (Reception) 20:00 onwards (box office with key) - Check-out 9:00 to 12:00 - Each apartment has 1 parking space - Cleaning and change of lingerie and towels will be carried out from the sixth day - For special rentals, a deposit will be requested - Shower gel, hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher, toilet paper will be provided - No washing machine detergent provided - We reserve the right to modify and adjust heating operating times and temperatures according to IDAE.
