A small desk is available for working remotely 💼 This level also includes a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room with shower. Upstairs, two attic bedrooms with 140 cm beds accommodate young and old. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, as well as a small living room with TV. The ground floor features a fourth bedroom with a 160-cm double bed, available as an option for a fee, for stays of 7 or more guests, or upon request. Our maximum capacity is 8 guests. Outside, enjoy the garden for lunch in the sun, have a barbecue (charcoal not included), or simply relax in the deck chairs 🌹 A caretaker lives nearby and can assist if needed. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. No rooms are closed to hosts except a private room for the use of the owners. In order to ensure the comfort of all and the good preservation of the accommodation, we thank you for reading the following rules: - The number of people present in the accommodation (indoors and outdoors) must match the number indicated when booking. Unless previously agreed in writing by the owner. The maximum capacity is 8 guests. For the sake of safety and protection of the accommodation, a surveillance camera is installed outside, in the front yard of the house. It is exclusively intended to secure access to and the surroundings of the accommodation. It does not film the interior of the accommodation or private spaces. Its use complies with the regulations in force and is intended solely to ensure the safety of guests and the property. - The accommodation is located in a quiet environment. Please respect the neighborhood and avoid making noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Respect for the neighborhood helps to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Any disruptive behavior, neighbor complaint or noncompliance with calm may result in an interruption of the stay without refund. - In order to preserve the accommodation and the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties, evenings, events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only the people mentioned in the reservation can stay at the property. - Please return the accommodation in a good and respectful condition. Normal use is expected.
