Ground floor divided into two areas: a studio with kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom (this studio can have an independent entrance); kitchen and living room with fireplace and a small bathroom. First floor with bedroom and bathroom; second floor with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with single beds (for a total of 8 beds) and a bathroom with a large shower. Private parking outside the house and large garden Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, with a total of 11-12 beds and a crib upon request. They will also have at their disposal a large garden, outdoor table, BBQ area and the swimming pool for exclusive use.
