Upstairs is a spacious king bedroom with Juliet balcony and views, along with the bathroom. Private decking offers a peaceful place to relax outdoors. Warm, light and thoughtfully finished throughout, it’s ideal for couples or professionals seeking a calm stay close to local amenities. The space On the ground floor you will find an open plan lounge, kitchen / diner. On the first floor is a large king size bedroom with juliet balcony and a separate bathroom. Guest access You will have a private decked area and access to communal grounds. Please note that fishing is not permitted at any time. Other things to note Important information – please read before booking To help us maintain a safe and high-quality environment for all guests, ID verification, a signed rental agreement and a £100 security deposit are required prior to check-in. Secure links will be provided after booking. Check-in is available between 3pm and 9pm. Later arrivals must be agreed in advance before booking. Only guests included on the reservation may stay at the property. Visitors may be permitted with prior approval between 9am and 10pm. Parties, gatherings and excessive noise are not permitted. CCTV operates in communal outdoor areas for guest safety and site security. We live on site and operate a small, peaceful holiday let business. In the unlikely event of serious breaches of house rules, antisocial behaviour or illegal activity, reservations may be ended early in line with booking policies. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
