Wecome to Ty Moch Mawr, a semi rural, modern escape in the heart of Aberdare, South Wales. This cosy little lodge sleeps 4 guests with an easy pull out sofa bed (living room), taking capacity to 6. This let is perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking for a relaxing break. The space Ty Moch Mawr’ as you may already know, translates along the lines of ‘Grand Pig House!’ in Welsh! Why would we call our little lodge this? You will be staying in the footprint of 4 sow pens, knocked through together and raised to a pitched roof instead of a flat! The space has been designed to balance the room for functional communal space and rest space. We hope this works for you! Whilst we do absolutely welcome dogs, we would suggest consideration of the “cosy” space of the lodge and its paved garden space. Alpacas - We have two handsome boys called Nemo (smaller, more naughty one) and Columbo (the slightly bigger one). They like people almost as much as they like food, so they will be looking forward to seeing you. Guest access Use of the lodge, hot tub and access to feed the alpacas in the garden
