Once an ancient convent from the 1600s, now carefully renovated. A short walk from shops, bars and restaurants, it is the perfect starting point to explore the Val d'Intelvi and Lake Como, which can be reached in just 30 minutes. History, tranquillity and comfort in a single experience. You look out onto the bedroom balcony and the village of San Fedele d'Intelvi greets you with its slow pace, among the scents of freshly baked bread and the shouting of the bars in the heart of the village. This apartment is more than just accommodation: it is an authentic mountain living experience, elegant in its simplicity and designed to warmly welcome you. 📍 A stone's throw from everything: bars, typical restaurants, local shops — but at the same time immersed in tranquility. 🌿 Inside you will find: • Two double bedrooms (160x200 cm), as cozy as hugs, one of which has a private balcony where you can enjoy a coffee while watching the mountains wake up. • A large, bright, light wood living room with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for quiet evenings. • A fast Wi-Fi network, ideal for remote working between walks. • A kitchen equipped with everything from pots and pans to cook like at home to accessories to prepare slow breakfasts, scented with coffee and jam. • A well-kept and functional bathroom, with shower, sink and mirror. The house is located on the second floor of a traditional mountain building and is spread out on one level: comfortable, cozy, flooded with light in every room. 🎒 After breakfast, just slip on a pair of comfortable shoes and set off: the trails of the Valle d'Intelvi await you. Every day you can choose a new adventure—among silent forests, breathtaking views, and lakes hidden in the hills. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment via an internal staircase, the house is on the second floor and is well soundproofed. It has a balcony that is perfect for relaxing after a day of activities in our Val d'Intelvi. Other things to note The apartment already has linen and each guest will be provided with a set of 2 towels: one shower (150x110) one for the face (80x60) as well as a Courtesy Set with shower gel, shampoo, intimate hygiene and soap.
