"Kipos Issos" (Kipos=Garden) is a ground floor cottage with a garden, in the area of Linia Chlomou in southwestern Corfu, just 1,500 m from the enchanting beach of Issos. Ideal place with all the comforts, for those who seek contact with nature, close to the sea, in a place dominated by the natural element, wood, stone and handmade constructions. The space Indoor: The house has a surface area of 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 king size beds (160x200) and comfortable mattresses. There is a two-seater sofa, a fireplace and a TV in the living room. The bathroom was completely renovated in April 2026. One set of body wash and shampoo per guest is provided, and there are also hairdryer and hair accessories available. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. It has an electric stove, large fridge, coffee maker for Italian coffee, kettle and toaster. The space is air conditioned in total by the air conditioner installed in one bedroom. There is also a fan available. Wi Fi connection available which is free of charge. ~~~~ Outdoor space: The house is located on a 1,200 sqm farm, with olive trees. In the fenced garden there are lemon trees, orange trees, many climbing plants, lavender, aloe and lawn, ideal for children. On the outdoor covered terraces there are two wooden dining areas and a fully organized BBQ. An outdoor shower next to jasmine, will give you a special experience. Parking space accommodates up to 3 cars. ~~~~ Guest access Corfu airport and port are 30 km from the residence, while Lefkimmi port is 15 km away. Access is by road, by rental car or taxi. The long-distance bus serves the main road, which is about 700 m from the residence. ~~~~ During their stay, guests can use the entire house and the fenced garden. ~~~~ Other things to note THE AREA: The area of Linia is located 30 km south of the city of Corfu and belongs to the community of Chlomos of the Municipality of South Corfu, a village with rich historical interest. ~~~~ NEARBY AREAS / ATTRACTIONS (* distance from the residence): (1) ISSOS beach (* 1.5 km) is one of the most impressive beaches on the island. With a length of over 3 km, the beach with golden sand is famous for its natural dunes and rare cedar forest, elements that have given it the designation "Sahara of Corfu". At the beginning of the beach there are sun loungers and a small cafe, while for those looking for more tranquility and privacy, they can head to the middle or the edge of the beach. (2) KORISSIA Lake (* 2 km) is the most important wetland on the island and a protected area "Natura 2000". (3) The village of CHLOMOS (* 3 km) is mountainous and is located at an altitude of about 300 m. One of the oldest villages of the island, its construction is dated to the 13th century and has a special architecture, with strong Venetian elements. Due to its location, the visitor can enjoy the stunning view of the eastern coastline of the island, as well as the entire southern part. (4) HALIKOUNAS beach (* 10 km) is considered the continuation of Issos beach, and is a paradise for those who love wind surfing or kite surfing, as in this area, the southern and western winds have a strong presence. (5) Agios Georgios Argyrades (* 3 km) is a seaside, holiday resort with plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels.
