Welcome to Magali and Fabrice's place! This magnificent chalet, located in the heart of Swiss Normandy, is ideal for lovers of tranquility, the outdoors, and family activities. Enjoy a stay in the heart of nature in a wooden chalet for 2 adults and 2 children/teenagers, with a fantastic view of the Clécy Park cliffs and direct, secure access to the Orne River. Everything is designed for a comfortable stay. Nearby: velorail, tree climbing, leisure base, riverside walks, kayaking... The space The cottage is beautifully decorated, carefully renovated. The area is 35 m² with an enclosed and wooded garden. The property has: -1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (190 x 90) - Living room with sofa, TV, dining area - Fully equipped kitchen: stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, dishes... - Bathroom with shower and toilet - Large terrace with nature view and barbecue -Free parking on the premises It is equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. Please note, the bedroom on the mezzanine is an attic, the rather low ceiling height is ideal for children. Adults can't stand there. A baby cot is available upon request. Bed and house linen are provided. It's the perfect place to disconnect and get back to nature. Indeed there is very little mobile network on the banks of the Orne, so it is possible that you will not get reception in the house or outside. The chalet is equipped with WIFI via Starlink. There is no washing machine, but you will have access to the laundry of the "Camping des Rocher des Parc" in Vey, located a few meters from the chalet (€5 laundry included). Guest access The entire property is at your disposal. Only the outside building is not allowed. Other things to note The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The house is non-smoking. No pets allowed. The chalet is equipped for 2 adults and 2 children (or teenagers). A baby cot is available upon request.
