This peaceful house in a large fenced and wooded area offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located in a small rural village on the edge of the Auvézère gorges which will offer you beautiful walks to take. Close to the Rouffiac waterbody, for swimming, fishing and many other attractions for young and old. The Terra Aventura (treasure hunt in Nouvelle-Aquitaine) is a free downloadable app that will delight the whole family The space House on the ground floor composed of: - An open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, - Two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm bed and 1 bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm bed + bunk bed) - A bathroom with shower + toilet + washing machine - A terrace - A locked garage (barbecue, sun lounger, umbrella, sink, gas stove) A wooded and flower-filled property surrounds the house. Guest access Detached house fully available to guests. Key handover via a lockbox; the code will be provided on the day of check-in. The host will come by to conduct the inventory check on the day of arrival or the day after, depending on availability.
