Ideal for Goodwood (Festival of Speed & Revival) & Fontwell Events and walkers with easy access to the South Downs. Close to the beautiful South Coast for beach days & walks. The space The open-plan living and sleeping area is light and airy, featuring a comfortable double bed with bedside lighting, cosy seating, a TV, and a dining/work surface. The annex includes a fully equipped private kitchen and a modern bathroom with all essentials provided. Finished in calm, neutral tones, the space is clean, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out, with views onto greenery that add to the peaceful feel. Suitable for a getaway for couples, short business stays instead of a hotel room or longer stays if you are holidaying or working nearby. A short walk to Barnham train station (15 mins or 0.8 miles) and local amenities in the village including takeaways, a Coop and Tesco and coffee shops. Local pubs nearby including the Wilkes Head in Eastergate (15 mins or 0.9 miles) and Murrell Arms in Barnham (20 mins or 1 mile). Guest access Guests have full use of all areas. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. Access to the first floor is via a steep spiral staircase (see photos), so care is required when ascending and descending - particularly after a visit to the local pub!! The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is accessed via the rear entrance. The spiral staircase is located in the kitchen that gives access to the upstairs seating area, bedroom, and bathroom. Other things to note ⸻ 🐾 Pet Policy (Dog-Friendly) We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs per stay 🐶. Bear in mind the stairs are steep so more suited to small or medium size dogs. A gate can be provided. Please ensure you select ‘bringing a pet’ when booking so the fee is included. To keep the space enjoyable for everyone, please note: * A £25 per stay pet fee applies (please add your dog to the booking or we’ll request this separately) * No dogs on beds or furniture * Please don’t leave your dog unattended in the property * Dogs must be house-trained and kept under control at all times * Please clean up after your dog * Bring your own dog bed/blanket and towels (especially for muddy paws) * Please note the stairs are steep (see photos) If there’s any damage or extra cleaning needed, we may request additional charges via Airbnb.
