Step inside this beautifully refurbished mid terrace cottage and you will find it retains Victorian charm, featuring original pantile flooring and a Norfolk winder staircase, that blends seamlessly with traditional styling and modern creature comforts. Welcomed into the comfortably furnished cosy sitting room that invites relaxation and conversation after enjoying some delicious local fayre either rustled up at home or enjoyed dining out in one of the local eateries. The warm and inviting atmosphere in this room is enhanced further by a wood burning stove, a perfect addition for those chilly evenings. The adjoining well-equipped country style breakfast kitchen enjoys a view over, as well as access into, a sunny and private courtyard garden, the perfect option for outdoor dining on warm days. The family bathroom with a shower cubicle is on this floor too. After a busy day exploring the many delights of this magical area of North Norfolk and weary, sleepy heads are ready to retire, wander up the winder staircase (a handrail is provided), and discover the two delightfully restful bedrooms - a double and a single - each equipped with high quality mattresses, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. Forget Me Not Cottage is not just a romantic escape for couples; it's also welcoming to small families seeking a peaceful village experience. Enjoy leisurely walks or bike rides starting right at your doorstep, drop by the local pub for a hearty meal, or indulge in craft ales. Visit the nearby village store for essentials, try fresh local raw milk and cheese from The Little Dairy Shop, or treat yourself to a delicious brunch or perhaps a coffee and some sweet delight from The Parlour. The Norfolk winder stairs are steep with narrow treads, and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, though a handrail is provided. Outside: The enclosed courtyard garden is accessible from the kitchen, and has a table with seating. There is private, off-road parking for one car available, a little further along the village road, and sign posted.
