The space 🛏 The Villa With a total area of 112 sq.m., Armenaki Residence extends over two levels, harmoniously combining the authenticity of traditional architecture with the finesse of modern design. Stone, wood and natural light compose an environment with refined aesthetics and attention to detail, where calm, elegance and a sense of balance prevail. The presence of heat pumps in all areas ensures a constant, pleasant temperature throughout the year — offering conditions of true well-being. 🌿 Ground floor The bright living room, dressed in earthy shades, soft textures and special furniture, creates an elegant, atmospheric environment of welcoming luxury. Next to it, the dining room stands out for its aesthetic quality: a sturdy wooden table, flanked by comfortable chairs, forms the ideal setting for enjoyable meals, relaxed conversations and moments of meaningful connection. The kitchen is fully equipped, with built-in modern appliances, dishwasher, French and espresso coffee makers, as well as quality serving and cooking utensils. On the same level there is a wonderful bedroom, ideal for those who want easy access without stairs. It has a double bed with a luxurious anatomic mattress, and maintains the same style of elegance and tranquility that characterizes the entire villa. The ground floor bathroom, with shower, is reminiscent of a spa — thanks to the lighting, natural colors and careful selection of materials. 🛌 Upper Floor Two elegant bedrooms await you on the floor, each with its own distinct aesthetic identity. The double beds have luxurious anatomic mattresses, offering a truly restful and quality sleep. The decor remains minimalist, with white walls, wooden elements and soft fabrics, which enhance the sense of care and inner peace. The second bathroom, also with a shower, is as functional and luxurious as the first. From the floor you have access to the large balcony with pergola, which has a wooden seating area and a built-in sofa with soft cushions. Here you can enjoy precious moments with your loved ones, overlooking the wonderful nature of Apokoronas. 🏊‍♂️ Outdoor Areas The outdoor space of the villa has been designed with care and inspiration, so that every moment in the sun or under the stars becomes an experience — a true call for rejuvenation, contact with nature and essential pleasures. The private pool (total area: 21 sqm - depth everywhere: 1.40m), surrounded by greenery and comfortable sun loungers, offers pleasant moments at any time of the day. If you prefer shade, the provided umbrellas will provide you with cool protection by the water. The dining room under the pergola, next to the gas BBQ, is an ideal meeting point for groups and families. Local, pure products, warm company and the authentic atmosphere of Crete turn every meal into a celebration. The plot, open to the natural landscape but discreetly demarcated with a fence on one side (which is not depicted in the photos), offers a sense of freedom and at the same time protection of privacy. Neighboring properties remain uninhabited most of the year. Finally, the private parking space, with a canopy that offers shade, has spaces for two vehicles and ensures practicality and comfort in the daily life of your stay.
