MY PROPERTY 🌿 La Roseraie, in two words A house for four, all to yourselves, in a village in the Brie region. We come here for Disney without staying at Disney: the park during the day, the silence of the countryside in the evening. 🛏️ The bedrooms Two bedrooms, four beds, and most importantly, two bathrooms — that's rare for four people, and it makes all the difference when you're traveling with kids or with another couple. Sheets, towels, soap and toilet paper are provided, with clothing storage in each room. 🍳 The kitchen A real kitchen, equipped for cooking and not just for reheating: oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, complete set of dishes, wine glasses. The dining table seats everyone. ☕ And the espresso machine, which does more for a vacation morning than you might think. 🌳 Outside A private patio, with an outdoor dining area. This is where breakfasts take place when the weather is nice, and late evenings when the children are asleep. 🚗 Free on-site parking in front of the house. No need to tour the neighborhood looking for a spot when you return from the park. 🔑 The entrance The accommodation has its own private, separate entrance. You arrive and leave at your own pace, without running into anyone. Wi-Fi, TV, and heating complete the package. 🎢 Around Disney, 30 minutes away. Provins, a medieval city listed by UNESCO, and the Lumigny Safari Reserve for a family day. Closer by, the Forest of Malvoisine for walking, and the ARCHEO-SAT77 archaeological center in the village. Guest access 🌿 You have the entire house, with its private entrance and patio. Nothing is shared. 🔑 Check-in is self-service, using a secure lockbox. You don't have to wait for anyone or stick to a schedule with us: you arrive when you arrive. 📩 The code and detailed instructions are sent to you on the day of your arrival via the platform's messaging system. ⏰ Early check-in is possible depending on the availability of the day, for an additional charge of €30. Request it from us by message, and we will confirm it the day before. 🚗 Parking is free and available onsite, in front of the house. Other things to note 📍 A few things to know before booking — we'd prefer you to know them now. 🧺 There is no washing machine in the accommodation. For a stay of a week or more, pack it in your luggage. 💨 The house is not air conditioned. It remains pleasant for a good part of the year, but during periods of intense heat, it's better to be aware of it. 🧴 We provide soap, towels and toilet paper. However, there is no shampoo or hair dryer: pack them in your suitcase. 🛡️ A smoke detector is installed. The accommodation is not equipped with a carbon monoxide detector. 📷 No surveillance cameras, either inside or outside. 👨‍👩‍👧 The house accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. This is a firm limit, linked to the home insurance. 🌾 We are in the countryside, in a village: shops and restaurants are a few minutes away by car. This is the price of tranquility, and a car is essential to enjoy the area.
