Shared Facilities Etiquette - Clean your dishes and leave the kitchen tidy. - Keep bathrooms clean and dry after use. - Label and remove your food from the fridge upon checkout. - Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; no loud noise or conversations. - Dispose of rubbish in the outdoor bins. - No pets allowed. - Do not block hallways, stairways, or fire escapes. - Do not leave bicycles, garbage bags, or debris in common areas or walkways. - Avoid triggering the alarm system with excessive smoke; you will be liable for any costs incurred. - Allow access for scheduled repairs with prior notice. - Turn off lights and kitchen appliances when leaving your room. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. - Use the provided laundry detergent suitable for the washing machine and turn off the iron after use. - Report any damage or malfunctions promptly.
