A recently decorated 3-bedroom house, ready to be enjoyed. Excellent accommodation for contractors/families/friends. Bed linen & Towels are provided. A selection of tea/coffee/milk/sugar sachets are included. These are located within each bedroom next to the kettle. A washing machine is available. This is included at no extra cost for guests that book a minimum of 14 nights. A small fee is applicable if you wish to use the washing machine during a shorter stay. The space This house has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a king bed; 2 bedrooms have a small double bed. Full access to Wi-Fi You can enjoy using the living room for relaxation, or for watching tv/reading a book. The dining room, with an extendable dining table for you to use while you eat a meal, or to use to socialise/play games or for laptop use. The dining room has a selection of books and games for you to use while you are staying at the accommodation. There is also a snack machine (cash only) The kitchen with electric hob & oven, cutlery, utensils, microwave, kettle, pots/pans, dishes, and cleaning products. There is an adjoining WC. When you go upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. There is a bathroom which consists of a shower, toilet and sink, plus areas for storage, and a towel radiator. Of the 3 bedrooms, you have 1 bedroom with a king size bed, and 2 bedrooms which each contain small double beds. Linen and towels are provided. Within the bedrooms, you have storage space, TV, access to Wi-Fi, kettle with sachets of coffee/tea, and a hairdryer. Please note that all windows have a privacy film on. Please note: No parties No loud music No events No loud noise Smoking is only allowed outside. Please dispose of your rubbish. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, garden, and bedroom Locked doors e.g. the staircase cupboard. No access to the loft. These will all be locked, and not accessible to guests. Other things to note No Parties or Loud Music No Smoking anywhere inside the property. Please smoke outside and use the ashtray provided.
