The building is located at the highest point of the city and the apartment is on the 16th floor with a panoramic view of all sides of the city. Stay close to Faculdade Uni Evangélica, Hospital Ânima, Hospital de Urgência, Cebron, Hospital do Câncer. Within walking distance, we have a supermarket on the corner and several snack bars and restaurants. You'll be 1 km from Anashopping. The space The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed. We can comfortably welcome up to 3 people. Private wi-fi internet with 1 giga of speed. The building has wi-fi in the common areas and garages. The building has 1 barbecue in the leisure area that can be booked by the guest for a barbecue or event. The reservation is authorized for stays longer than 2 days, must be requested in advance from the host upon availability. When booked, the space is exclusive to the guest. The exclusive use fee of the barbecue R$50,00. In case of reservation, from the barbecue, the pool is included, because they are in the same space and environment.
