A charming, comfortable and safe two/three bedroom home with a very friendly host who is committed to making your stay in our beautiful twin island enjoyable.Please note that the listed price is lower for single and smaller groups of guests. The house is fully air-conditioned with access to wifi, cable and netflix. All essentials are provided to get you settled in. Please note that the house is also sanitized using a fogger after each guest to ensure a Covid free environment. The space This newly built, three bedroom house is located in a safe and secure gated community which is 10-15 mins away from the Airport and 30-45 mins from the capital city, Port of Spain. The house is fitted with security doors for further safety. Additionally our friendly security staff is just a phone call away. Due to the high level of safety, the area brings back the nostalgic old time days where you can leave your front door open and go out knowing that your belongings are safe and secure. For smaller groups of persons e.g 1-3 guests, who may require just 1 or 2 bedrooms, the rate per night will be slightly lower but please let me know in advance. Guests will have access to a full kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery. There is a dining area as well as a comfortable living room area with a 40" television, basic cable tv,netflix and wireless internet. These areas are fully air-conditioned. The house has three bedrooms , two with comfortable king and queen sized beds and another room outfitted with a king sized bed and an en suite full bathroom .The bedrooms are outfitted with air condition units.There is an additional room which you may use to do your morning stretches/exercise or store your suitcases etc. Clean towels and extra bedsheets/linen. Guest access The property is walking distance to Shops of Arima which has a variety of local restaurants including, Indian, local cuisine, Chinese, Italian and fast food. There is a coffee shop, a bakery and sandwich shop for a variety of breakfast items. The Shops also houses a sports bar and a casino for night life entertainment as well as a few clothing and souvenir shops. There a few supermarkets as well as pharmacies are located close by. A petrol/gas station is just down the street, with a 7/11 type convenience store, which sells a variety of local food items, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks and household items. Our famous Linda's bakery is also located within the convenience store and is always stocked daily with freshly made breads,cakes,pastries and sandwiches. If you are driving you will be on the main highway within minutes of leaving home. This gives you easy access to all parts of the island. Other things to note I will provide a list of contacts to Emergency Services, there is a hospital in the town of Arima, located 5 minutes from my neighborhood. In addition my friends and I are available to provide any assistance which you may need during your stay.
