Shoes may be worn only on the balcony. ・Please check the posted evacuation route map and emergency exits. ・While inside the property, especially when sleeping, please make sure the interior door lock is secured. ・Smoking is prohibited inside the property, including the balcony, in front of the entrance, and around the building. A designated smoking area may be used only when one is specifically indicated in the instructions for that property. Please be considerate of the neighbors at night. ・The property may be used only by registered guests and within the number of guests included in the reservation. Accommodation, use, or stay by unregistered persons, and use by more than the reserved number of guests, are prohibited. ・Do not use the property for exhibitions, office work, other commercial activities, or any purpose other than accommodation without our permission. ・Parties and activities that cause excessive noise are prohibited. Please keep noise to a minimum between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. out of consideration for the neighbors. ・Do not remove interior items, equipment, or consumables such as toilet paper from the property. ・Please handle the furniture, appliances, bedding, and other items with care. Notify us promptly if anything is damaged or stained. ・Do not move furniture, appliances, or equipment, or alter or modify any part of the property, without our permission. ・Separate waste into burnable waste, non-burnable waste, and cans, bottles, and plastic bottles. ・Only the face towels and bath towels prepared at check-in are provided. Additional towels and replacements are not available. Please use the washing machine in the property if needed. ・When leaving the property, turn off the air conditioner, television, lights, and other electrical appliances, and lock the doors and windows. ・Portable power banks may catch fire or explode due to prolonged charging or deterioration. Do not leave them charging while you are away or unattended, and do not charge deteriorated power banks. ・Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Please observe these times. ・Do not share the entrance door access code with anyone who is not registered as a guest. ・Lost items will be shipped at the recipient's expense. A separate handling fee of JPY 1,000 will apply. ■ Prohibited items and activities The following items and activities are prohibited: ・Bringing in animals or birds other than dogs, cats, and assistance dogs for persons with disabilities. ・Bringing in gunpowder, volatile oil, or any other flammable or combustible materials. ・Bringing in items that produce strong or offensive odors. ・Bringing in items whose possession is prohibited by law. ・Distributing advertising or promotional materials, selling goods, or soliciting without our permission. ・Taking photographs or videos for commercial purposes without our permission. ■ Guest information To prepare the guest register and verify each guest's identity, please provide the following information for every guest before the stay: 1. Full name 2. Current address 3. Contact information 4. Occupation 5. Dates of stay 6. Purpose of stay 7. Identification document Guests of foreign nationality who do not have an address in Japan must provide their nationality and passport number, present their passport, and provide a copy. Please attach a clear image of the passport information page showing the holder's photograph and passport number. We cannot accept a reservation if the required information and identification documents are not provided. ■ Organized crime groups, antisocial forces, and conduct contrary to public order We may refuse use of the property and request that a guest leave if we determine that the guest falls under any of the following. The same applies if the relevant facts become known after booking or during the stay. 1. The guest is found to be a member of an organized crime group, affiliated organization, related party, or other antisocial force. 2. Violence, threats, extortion, coercive or unreasonable demands, or similar conduct is observed. 3. The guest has previously been refused use of this property. 4. Gambling, conduct that disrupts public morals, or behavior that causes a nuisance to neighbors is observed. 5. Drug use, excessive alcohol consumption, or similar circumstances make it difficult for the guest to ensure their own safety and may cause danger, fear, or anxiety to neighbors or other persons. 6. Loud voices, singing, excessive noise, or similar conduct inside the property or nearby causes discomfort or inconvenience to others. 7. Any other conduct similar to the items above is observed. ■ Surrounding environment During your stay, you may be affected by construction work, everyday sounds from nearby residents, temporary odors, or other conditions outside the property. Because these external conditions are beyond our control, refunds or discounts cannot be provided on these grounds. Please book only after acknowledging this possibility.
