Grands Rochers Gîte

In Châteauneuf-Les-Bains on the banks of the Sioule, one of the cleanest rivers in France, is our Gite de Grands Rochers. Nature plays the leading role in this unforgettable accommodation. Here is peace and space with a beautiful view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, spread over two floors. Downstairs, the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with toilet. The space The cottage is located on a plot directly on the banks of the Sioule River. On this site there is also an old building where a water source used to be exploited. The spring gives light sparkling water that was bottled and sold at the top of the road. The spring still exists, but the building has fallen into disrepair. This building (ruin) is closed to the public, but visible from the cottage. The cottage was a barn that belonged to the spring house. We completely renovated and insulated it in 2025. Making this a unique place with a historic touch. Guest access The cottage is accessible via a private driveway from the road. Other things to note Because the cottage is located directly on the sloping bank of a flowing river, we do not accept young children.
