Self-contained annex/apartment in Fleet, Hampshire

A perfect retreat if working locally, visiting family or attending local events, ie The Farnborough International Airshow, Exhibition and Conference Centre. We are a short driving distance from Frimley Park and Farnham Hospital. Lovingly refurbished and self contained this would suit working professionals, single travellers or couples. Free parking on the driveway. Access is down the side of the bungalow at the rear. There is sensor lighting if arriving/leaving after dark and a key box. The space " A hidden gem in a peaceful location" a "Home from Home" are both statements from previous guests.... I'd love to welcome you here... The annex is an open plan kitchen/living/bedroom space with a separate shower room. I hope you will find the space relaxing. It offers warm cork flooring, black out curtain and blind, white linen on the double bed. USB-C charge port, 280mbps complementary Wi Fi, smart tv and a standing desk. The fully equipped kitchenette has a 2 ring induction hob, combination electric microwave/oven, small fridge with smaller freezer section (please see photo), compact dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, Lavazza coffee machine with complementary pods, tea bags and sugar. A separate shower room with walk in shower, comfort height toilet, large sink with drawers, cupboard with drawers and full length floor standing mirror. The hanging space is just that, ie no drawers. A small case will fit under the bed or in the larger cupboard in the bathroom. Your outside space is a patio area with two metal chairs and a table. As the other part of the bungalow is my home you may well see me in the greenhouse or garden. If you'd like to chat I'm happy to chat. If you prefer to keep yourself to yourself I understand that too. Check in is after 3pm and check out is by 10.00am. If you'd like an earlier check in just ask... Please, no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes any where on the property. Guest access The annex is your private space while you're here. Open plan kitchen, lounge, workspace and bed. (Please see photo's). Please park infront of the garage to the right. If you have a long wheel base vehicle just let me know and we can swap parking places while you're here. You find the annex by walking round the side of the bungalow. Access to the annex is at the rear of the bungalow. Other things to note Due to the unique setup of this cosy and peaceful dwelling I am sure that the mutual consideration of peace and privacy between us, (I live in the adjoining part of the bungalow) will equally be appreciated. The annex holds up to 2 guests only. As there is only one double bed it'd not be ideal for children. If you're travelling with a baby and have a travel cot lets chat before you make a booking please.
