Discover our accommodation located on the first floor of a stunning villa, overlooking a lovely garden and a swimming pool (currently inaccessible—under renovation until 2026) surrounded by lush greenery. Total privacy is ensured by a dense hedge, creating an oasis of tranquility within grounds spanning over 6,000 square meters. The pool is part of a complex that includes our own home and another apartment, offering the chance to socialize with other guests. Outdoor tables are available, ensuring an intimate atmosphere for your meals. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and has been furnished with care and functionality in mind, designed to welcome travelers from all over the world. Whether you are a large family or a group of friends, every room offers the privacy and comfort needed for a perfect stay. Other things to note A mandatory municipal tourist tax for the Municipality of San Pietro di Feletto applies and must be paid separately from the accommodation cost. The amount is set by local regulations and varies based on the number of guests and the length of the stay. In our case, it is €1 per night for a maximum of 5 nights (the amount remains unchanged for longer stays). The tax is collected on-site at check-in.
