Stunning countryside loctaion. On the Blackwater estuary over looking Maldon. On site fishing lake, outdoor pool and club house. Sleeps 6 people The space A lovely 2 bedroom static villa with a luxury double bedroom and en suite. Another bedroom with double bed and a pull out sofa sleeps 6 . Small tv in both bedrooms with a dvd player. Bathroom equipped with small bath and over bath shower. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob and dining table to seat 4 people. Separate living room area with double sofa bed, tv with Netflix. The lodge has a small patio area and people are welcome to bring chairs and bbq’s. The villa also has fans provided, central heating and double glazed windows. The villa is situated in one of the best positions on the camp site. Overlooking the fishing lake (which is only about a 1 minute walk). Club house/outdoor pool is also only about a 1 minute walk, as is the estuary which makes for lovely walks with a fantastic view. The camp site also has access to a boat launch into the estuary. A laundrette. A small shop for essentials. A small arcade. Food served at the clubhouse. Club house entertainment There is a small beach for people to access. Other things to note You do have to bring your own bed linen and towels duvets and pillows and mattress protectors are provided
