Accommodation on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Ideal for two people, a quality sofa bed is available. The space The accommodation is completely new and has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom under the roofs (Note: limited height in places, including access door to the bedroom), quality and new bedding, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. An office space to get work done. A large terrace with a high-end Jacuzzi. Guest access When you arrive, you can park directly in the garage on the ground floor. Please note that access to the garage is tricky. Street parking is also available. Access to the accommodation is directly from the garage via the stairwell. (old stairwell that has not yet been renovated) Your accommodation is on the 3rd floor. Other things to note If you want to use the sofa as a bed, please let us know to provide you with sheets, blankets and cushions. An extra €20 is requested for the linen. Thank you
