The space 🏡 Our Charming and Spacious Country Home This characterful two-story house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in a warm and welcoming atmosphere: 7 large bedrooms: 6 rooms with double beds 1 room with two single beds — perfect for children or friends Generous and friendly living spaces, ideal for sharing meals, laughter, and memories A fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious home-cooked meals A large dining room and a cozy living room for quality time together Several bathrooms for everyone’s comfort, including 3 ensuite bedrooms Each room offers a warm and authentic atmosphere. 🌿 A Huge Garden to Reconnect with Nature One of the home’s main highlights is its vast private garden — a true haven of peace: Outdoor dining table for friendly meals under the open sky Outdoor games for children and family fun A lush, peaceful setting perfect for relaxation, meditation, or simply enjoying nature 📍 Ideal Location Located in Bennecourt, in a very quiet environment, the house enjoys a strategic location: Just a few minutes from Giverny, the Seine Valley, and beautiful countryside walks Close to many cultural sites, gardens, picturesque villages, and outdoor activities About 1 hour from Paris, easily accessible by car or train (nearby stations) 🛏️ Beds made on arrival, towels provided, and everything designed for group stays — all you have to do is relax and enjoy! 🌟 An ideal place to gather, unwind, and create precious memories in an enchanting setting. Other things to note Please note before booking: Our house has lots of character and history, which also means it comes with a few small imperfections. We prefer to mention them upfront so there are no surprises: Some stains on the entryway floor and carpet. Paint slightly peeling in the entrance and in the top-floor bedroom. Small crack in the bathroom of the main bedroom. Toilet in the middle bedroom needs to be flushed gently. The gas stove is a bit old but works perfectly fine. Behind the living room, the attic is used for storage and not accessible to guests. The door next to the blue bedroom and the staircase near the old stable (at the back) are not to be used. None of these details affect your comfort — we just like to be transparent. Thanks for your understanding!
