The space Welcome to Skywood Villa — a newly built, thoughtfully designed home nestled in greenery and overlooking a peaceful park. With its clean, modern aesthetic and warm, inviting feel, the villa offers the perfect balance of style and comfort. The villa is spread across three floors: • Each floor has one private room, similar in layout — with its own entrance and attached washroom along with a balcony. • The 2nd Floor Unit is a spacious 3BHK apartment that can be booked fully or as a 2BHK. • The ground and first floors form a duplex residence where my brother lives with the caretaker, ensuring the property is well-maintained and help is nearby if needed. All guest spaces are thoughtfully designed to be private and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and well-lit, with beautiful sunset views on clear days. You’ll have all the essentials like Wi-Fi, TV, electric kettle, and toiletries to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. Whether you’re here to unwind, work remotely, or just passing through, Skywood Villa offers a calm and welcoming place to stay. Guest access Prime Room guests have private access to their room and attached washroom, with a separate entry and an attached balcony. These rooms are part of the 2BHK apartment layout but rented separately. Guests also have shared access to the kitchen (In case 2nd Floor Room is allotted) and living room, offering more flexibility for longer stays. In addition, they are welcome to enjoy the terrace, garden, and large balcony with views of the park. During your stay My brother lives on the property along with the caretaker, so there’s always someone nearby if you need help. Once you book, you’ll receive my brother’s contact number — he’ll assist you with directions, check-in, and any questions before your arrival. On arrival, you’ll also be introduced to our caretaker, who will be available during your stay to help with anything you might need. Other things to note The Kitchen and Living area are Shared. In case the Prime room on first floor is assigned to you in that case access to Kitchen and Living room is not available. The allotment of room is subject to availability and cannot be promised in advanced Maximum of 4 Adults allowed in 1 room
