We look forward to hosting you! The space 🚍 Only 25 min bus to Annecy train station 🧭 The studio is located on the plot of our house and has a completely separate entrance. You also have a dedicated attached parking space. 🌄 Just for you, a cozy and vegetated terrace 🌷 Inside: - Emma queen size bed, quality linens and towels - high-end balneo bathtub (Preti brand) - large shower with shower gel dispenser, shampoo, after shampoo - towels provided (2 large and 2 small) - wc - kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook: oven, induction hobs, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, salt, pepper, spices, olive oil - Everything you need to prepare breakfast: coffee machine, Nespresso pods, tea/herbal tea, kettle, toaster - retractable shepherd table - Reversible air conditioning (= cold ❄️and hot 🔥) -Living room with comfortable armchairs - WiFi - video projector with DTT channels (Molotov TV app) and the option to connect to your own Netflix account or other - studio with an area of 23m2 The ➕ gourmet: the 2-person raclette machine 🧀 ------------------------------------------------------- WHAT WE PREFER TO TELL YOU RIGHT AWAY • The studio is on our plot but we know how to be discreet! • The last meters of access to the Refuge are a little narrow but easily accessible with any car. * Construction work is underway on the plot behind. Don't hesitate if you have another special request; we'll do our best to accommodate it. ✨ -------------------------------------------------------- 🕐 Early check-in & late check-out For more flexibility, we offer flexible schedules upon request and subject to availability: Early check-in at 2:30 p.m.: €30 Late check-out: €15 per additional hour, up to a maximum of 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. These options must be requested in advance so that we can best organize the preparation of the accommodation between stays.
