The cottage sleeps four people in a first floor double bedroom with family bathroom and a second floor twin bedroom (can convert to double). On the ground floor are a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining room and a kitchen. Outside is a small walled seating area with furniture. With the village shops and pubs close by, 1 The Quay is a smashing cottage for a lovely Devon break. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome, not permitted on beds or furniture, sorry no cats. No smoking.
