Surrounded by state forest our 10 acre property is the perfect location to enjoy all the charms of Dwellingup, with direct access to both the Bibbulumn track (with the town centre a 15 minute walk away) and the South Trail mountain bike head. With an open plan, modern house that overlooks one of the two dams on the property, as well as a separate games room, fire pit, concrete scooter track, swing set and walking tracks around the property, there is something for everyone. The space The 10 acre property has two dams. One of them, closest to the house, is unfenced. As such young children will need to be closely supervised. MAIN HOUSE - a modern, industrial style, double storey house that has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a coffee machine and zip water tap for filtered cold/boiling water. The living room has many board games to choose from, tv access to Netflix/Disney and a pot belly wood heater. There are 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 - queen bed bedroom 2 - bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and single on top bedroom 3 - queen bed bedroom 4 - has a set of king single bunks, a single bed and 3 mattresses that can be pulled out and used on the floor for extra beds There is a bathroom with a large stand alone bath and a walk in shower. A fold back cupboard houses a small washing machine that can be used by guests. Outside there is a patio that overlooks the dam with outdoor couches, table and bbq. The main house has a small yard with fenced in lawn area. GAMES ROOM- overlooking the dam, the games room has a pool table/air hockey table and a tv with retro games console. There are Nerf guns and other outdoor games that can be used. The building has a mezzanine level with two king single beds, both with trundles, as well as a sofa bed. Also features a pot belly wood heater. SHED - the main shed for the property has a bathroom (toilet and shower) and laundry ( oversize washer and dryer) that can be accessed and used by guests. This second bathroom is particularly useful when there are larger numbers of guests staying or for when people are sleeping out in the games room. OUTDOOR - Swing set, firepit Guest access Guests are able to use the whole property during their stay. There is, however, restricted access to part of the main shed and the reticulation shed on the north side of the dam. Both of these are storage/service areas, they are not for use by guests and will be locked.
