Just a 5-minute walk from Hospital Nacional de Niños and Hospital San Juan de Dios, and 10 minutes from Hospital de Geriatría Blanco Cervantes and Hospital Metropolitano, the location offers unmatched convenience. You'll also be close to major corporate offices like Torre Mercedes and Torres Paseo Colón, as well as nearby bus terminals like TransNica, Tica Bus, Pulmitan de Liberia, and many others. The property features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with shared common areas including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry area. Your private room includes a twin size bunkbed, wall-to-wall closet, a nightstand with lamp, a 32" smart TV, and room-darkening curtains to help you rest comfortably. Located across the street from an elementary school and on a busy street, you'll notice some daytime traffic noise, but things calm down considerably at night.
