Close to convenience stores, bakeries and groceries. no parking The space ​Independent Rooms in Coquimbo (San Juan Coquimbo Sector) ​We offer 3 fully independent rooms, separate from the main house and built in Metalcom with high-quality thermal and acoustic insulation, guaranteeing a new, private and comfortable environment. ​The Room Includes: 2 American beds 1 square: New mattress of excellent quality for an optimal rest. ​Equipment: Cable TV and work/study desk. ​Privacy: Separate entrance for each room. ​Common Areas (Shared by 3 rooms): ​Equipped Kitchen: It has a 2-dish countertop, table, electric kettle and the necessary dishes/utensils to prepare food. ​Large bathroom: With hot water system and excellent finishes. ​Rules of Coexistence and Important Information: ​Respectful Climate: We seek to maintain a harmonious environment, so parties and loud noises are not allowed. ​Cleaning: It is essential to leave the common areas (bathroom and kitchen) clean after each use. ​Trash: Waste collection days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. ​Parking: IMPORTANT. We do not have free indoor parking. There is only one space available that must be consulted in advance to check availability.
