Cadier and Keer 1926

In the south of Limburg is our spacious vacation home in the village of Cadier en Keer. At 6.5 km from the center of Maastricht and 6 km from Valkenburg, you are in the middle of the beautiful hilly landscape. Located on the route of the well-known Amstel Gold Race and many other cycling tours. In addition, Liège (Belgium) and Aachen (Germany) are only 25 km away. The space The house was built in 1926, almost 100 years old! It is a former farm where a large family used to live. One part of the house has been renovated and furnished as a vacation home. The house has its own garden, covered terrace, a cloakroom where you can charge and store your bicycle. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, refrigerator, stove and oven. The dishwasher and washing machine are in the adjoining utility room. Downstairs there is a toilet with a sink. The stairs lead to the first floor. Here are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. In the small bedroom, there is a sturdy bunk bed 90 x 200 cm. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. In addition, on this floor there is a cozy living room. Parking space is in front of the house, along the main road. Please note that there are several stairs in the house. The house can be entered via our garden but is completely private. Guest access The entire vacation home is accessible. Other things to note To be paid on site: Municipal tourist tax of €2.70 per person, per night. This must be paid in cash upon arrival.
